How does an AI smart cooler work?
Tap a card or phone to unlock the door, take what you want and close it. Cameras inside see exactly what was removed and your card is charged automatically, usually within a minute.
Is there a risk of theft?
Very little. The door stays locked until a card or phone is approved, every item is tied to that card, each opening is recorded on video, and there's no cash inside.
What if I put an item back?
You aren't charged for it. The cameras track items returned before the door closes.
Does it take cash or coins?
No. It's fully cashless: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Does it need our Wi-Fi?
No. Each cooler has its own cellular connection, so it never touches your network.
What do you need from us?
About three feet of floor space and a standard outlet. VendGO handles delivery, installation, stocking and service.
Why do I see a pending charge?
Your bank may show a temporary hold when you tap to open the door. It's replaced by the real total for what you took.
How do I get a receipt?
Scan the QR code on the door, or call your account manager and we'll look up the visit.
What can go inside?
Drinks, snacks, sandwiches, salads, wraps, protein boxes, yogurt and fruit. Freezer models hold frozen meals and ice cream.
Can the public use it?
Yes. Because it's locked and cashless, it's the right choice for lobbies and spaces open to visitors.
Can it carry our branding?
Yes. Coolers can be wrapped in your logo or colors.
