What breakroom services does VendGO offer?
Micro markets, AI smart coolers, vending machines, fresh food, office coffee and water, and pantry programs, all customized to your workplace.
Do you only serve large businesses?
No. Our programs scale from about 25 employees to multi-site companies with thousands.
Who will we talk to when we call?
The owner or one of your two dedicated account managers, on a direct number.

What's the difference between a micro market and vending?
A micro market is an open, self-serve store with hundreds of fresh and packaged items paid for at a kiosk. A vending machine is enclosed and carries a few dozen items.
When is a smart cooler better than a micro market?
When the space is shared with visitors or the public. Smart coolers stay locked until someone pays.
How do you keep things stocked?
Our equipment reports sales in real time through Cantaloupe, 365 Retail Markets and Nayax, so we restock before anything runs out.
Do you offer fresh food?
Yes. Chef-crafted meals are delivered fresh every week and never frozen. See fresh food.

How fast do you respond?
Within two hours on every service call, and most issues are resolved within 12 hours.
What payment methods work?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other tap-to-pay methods. Micro markets can also use employee accounts.
Does the equipment need our Wi-Fi?
No. Kiosks and smart coolers run on their own connection.
How do refunds work?
iVend sensors refund most failed vends automatically. Anything else, call your account manager.

Can employees request products?
Yes. Scan the QR code on any machine or market. Requests are delivered within three days.
Do you carry healthy options?
Yes. Protein snacks, low-sugar drinks, fresh salads and keto-friendly meals. See healthy vending.
How many products can you stock?
More than 750 snacks, drinks and fresh items, and we keep rotating based on what sells.

How much does it cost?
Equipment, installation and service are free for qualifying workplaces. We earn from product sales.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Start with a two-month trial.
Can our company subsidize products?
Yes. Cover part or all of the price of any item. See subsidized vending.
How long does installation take?
About two weeks after the walkthrough for most setups.
